Five Below is seeking an HR support specialist for our Distribution Center in the United States. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination in Kronos, attendance programs, benefits enrollment, safety initiatives, and worker's compensation processes. The role includes managing HR files, answering policy questions, and supporting events and recognition programs while working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
