What You’ll Do During training, you will participate in extensive training to conduct in‑home consultations, assess HVAC needs, and recommend appropriate systems and services. You will also shadow experienced Comfort Advisors during in‑home consultations to gain hands‑on experience assessing customers' needs, including providing support in preparing presentations and detailed quotes. After graduation, you will be able to… Conduct In‑Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions. Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines. Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Follow‑Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support. Leverage Leads: Work with company‑provided leads and self‑generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities. Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules. Qualifications At least 1 year of successful sales and/or customer service experience. Consultative sales experience is a plus! Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. A positive, coachable, and driven attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
