Responsibilities Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences. Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement. Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications HVAC experience is required. Minimum 3 years of sales experience Excellent Communicator B2C sales experience or aptitude In-home sales Must be able to read and write in English. Strong decision-making abilities Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing Pay Transparency This is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $150k–$175k . Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
