Your positive attitude and communication skills will help create exceptional customer experience from the very first conversation. In this role, you will: Connect with customers from across the country Build rapport through friendly, engaging conversations Ask qualifying questions and verify customer information Introduce customers to our vehicle protection solutions Seamlessly connect qualified customers with a Sales Representative Help create an outstanding customer experience every step of the way No cold selling - your role is to qualify interested customers and set them up for success.
