What We Offer Competitive Pay: Starting wage $20/hr with uncapped competitive bonus structure! About the Role Provide strong, confident communication on primarily outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest, engaging potential customers, uncovering their needs, and working to schedule a consultation with a product expert. Ensure accurate entry of all appointment and customer information into the CRM system. Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads to drive appointment setting, while handling inbound calls as needed with the same goal of booking qualified appointments. Key Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone. Exceptional multi-tasking skills (talk and type simultaneously) with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Expertise in overcoming objections and solving problems. No prior call center experience required!
