Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
• Minimum of one year of clinical RN experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle fast-moving situations calmly and effectively

What You'll Do as an ER Nurse:

• Deliver immediate and effective nursing care in the Emergency Department
• Assess patient needs, monitor conditions, and administer medications
• Triage and respond to trauma, critical illness, and emergent conditions
• Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR system
• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and compassionate care across all patient types
