Benchmark Contracting, DBA Cobblestone Construction, is a General Contracting company with more than 20 years of experience building state, federal, and private projects. With a reputation for honesty, integrity, and safety at the highest standards, we are searching for a Runner/Custodian who brings those same ideals to every workday.
We are seeking a Runner/Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
The Runner/Custodian responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Transporting and delivering company equipment and material; fueling of company vehicles and equipment; maintenance and inventory of vehicles and equipment; upkeep and maintenance of company facilities; various custodial duties; supportive administrative duties; coordination of office supplies, and deliveries; perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for fleet vehicles.
- Organize custodial closets and spaces.
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
- Takes vehicles to maintenance shops as needed.
- Deliver equipment and job site tools to construction sites.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload, lifting minimum of 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attendance is expected
- Professional demeanor
- Valid NV Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Drug Free Workplace
- Bilingual preferred
