Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) located in Fullerton, California, is responsible for providing specialized cardiac care within an acute care hospital setting. The role involves performing and assisting with complex invasive cardiovascular procedures, including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, catheterizations, and other interventional procedures. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: California license must be in hand; minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar setting, Epic charting system experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and NIHSS certification required.
• Scheduling: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• On-Call: Yes; 2 nights per week plus 1 weekend every 2 weeks, totaling 7 days in a 2-week pay period
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory required; 1.5 years preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates must include RTO (Request for Time Off) with submission, disclose license and background check results upfront, and provide two recent references covering the past 1 year.
• Notes: Travelers are expected to float within all facilities within the same state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination. Must be able to work at least 3 of the 5 major holidays.
