Duly Health and Care in Lisle is seeking a Cardiac Evaluation Center Nurse Practitioner who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• Three or more years cardiac care experience is required. Advanced practice experience strongly preferred.
• Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends. No night call.
• Average 12 patients/day. 30-minute new patient and 20-minute follow-up patient appointments
• Same day Echo, CT and stress testing in this cardiac immediate care setting
• Practice at the top of your license, forming trusted relationships and collaborating with leading physicians
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across cardiology and more than 1,600 Duly providers

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in cardiology or similar setting preferred
