Production Supervisor

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of food manufacturing experience with production floor supervising production processes and equipment operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot automated equipment and solve production-related problems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, SFQ, and food safety requirements.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and schedule targets.
• Enforces safety programs, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with GMPs, sanitation standards, food safety requirements, and production specifications to maintain product quality.
• Trains, coaches, and develops employees; provides performance feedback, addresses team conflicts, and supports employee evaluations and disciplinary processes.
• Drives operational excellence by monitoring line performance, reducing waste, improving efficiency, coordinating changeovers, and maintaining documentation.
