Product / Textile Designer – BathLocation: New York, NY | In-Office | Full TimeThe OpportunityA renowned home decor company is in search of a creative Product / Textile Designer to contribute to various licensed and in-house brands within the bath and soft home product categories. This role involves hands-on design work, blending artistic vision with technical expertise throughout the product development process, from initial idea to final production.The ideal candidate will be a self-driven team player with a firm grasp on soft home product design, manufacturing, and development. They should thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting, adept at handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign seasonal collections and ranges for bath and soft home productsGenerate CADs, engineered placements, colorways, and repeat patternsCreate trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction specificationsProduce production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for manufacturing partnersEvaluate samples, strike-offs, and lab dips, overseeing revisions and approvalsWork closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teamsManage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlinesQualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in product design, textile design, or related fieldPrevious experience with hard bath goods is advantageousProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PointcarreExperience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patternsSolid understanding of textiles and soft-goods constructionHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projectsComfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelinesWhat the Role OffersOpportunity to work with diverse, well-known brandsDirect involvement in product development from start to finishChance to enhance skills under experienced creative guidanceDynamic environment with rapid progression from concept to final product
