Role Description This is an on-site, temporary role located in New Bern, NC, supporting a range of entry-level to skilled positions depending on client needs. Individuals may assist with basic operational duties, follow established procedures, and complete tasks as directed by on-site supervisors. Qualifications Ability to follow instructions, learn new tasks quickly, and adapt to different work environments and job duties. Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to completing temporary assignments as scheduled. Basic communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. Capacity to perform job-specific physical or administrative tasks safely, such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, or handling routine office work, depending on the assignment. Willingness to comply with workplace safety rules, company policies, and confidentiality requirements at client sites. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in industrial, clerical, customer service, or general labor roles is a plus but not required.
