Experience Director/Pastor - Anaheim The Experience Director/Pastor's primary role is to oversee the vision and strategy of the weekend experience at their respective campus. They hold the standard of the Saddleback weekend experience from streets to seats. Along with that, they also assist in helping people take their next faith steps with new believers and baptisms at their campus. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate weekend "First Impression" ministry teams in support of campus church services and events. Act as the voice of the campus, building leaders and teams, and developing people to handle ministry responsibilities that help people cross the line of faith and build a deep relationship with Christ. Recruit, oversee, and mentor ministry leaders, volunteers, and teams. Recruit and meet with people to find the right team for them; meet with leaders to help them develop their leadership skills and duplicate systems to achieve results. Empower leaders to achieve ministry goals. Assist the Campus Pastor and/or campus staff in partnering with volunteers on special events, logistics, and coordination. Plan and execute logistical plans for effective on‑campus and off‑campus special events. Develop property/campus systems and coordinate all property logistics and maintenance. Recruit and lead volunteers for on‑campus grounds upkeep, repairs, and maintenance. Coordinate all janitorial services, vendors, and volunteers. Manage and coordinate inventory and supply logistics for campus property and church "First Impression" ministries. Coordinate and manage all requests for repairs of facilities, vehicles, and equipment. Oversee and lead people to their next faith steps that include Fresh Start (new believer's kit), Baptisms, and Newcomers Connection events. Qualifications Strong ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable. Experience coordinating multiple events, preferably in a church setting. Experience with leadership principles. Experience in administration. Project‑management skills. Systems‑development experience. Ability to work with others toward common goals. Capable of teaching in some capacity and communicating core truths of scripture. Will be hired as a Director or Pastor depending on ministry experience. Generous holiday and paid time off plans, including a paid week off between Christmas and New Year's Day. Estimated pay rate of $71,000–$74,000 per year, depending on experience.
