Community Manager
$90kCBRE Detroit
About Experience by Industrious: Experience by Industrious is a workplace hospitality brand launched by CBRE - built on the idea that where you work should actually feel like somewhere worth showing up to. We combine CBRE's real estate scale with Industrious' operating model to run dedicated experience teams across office assets, enterprise headquarters, healthcare facilities, and logistics centers worldwide. About the Role: Great buildings don't become great by accident. They're shaped by thousands of thoughtful interactions that make people feel welcomed, connected, and excited to come back. As a Community Manager, you're responsible for bringing that experience to life every day. You own the programming, communications, and hospitality strategy for your office building: creating moments that strengthen community, deepen tenant engagement, and elevate the workplace experience. This role blends creativity with operational excellence. You'll curate events and partnerships, manage communications across multiple channels, oversee budgets and logistics, and ensure every detail, from a welcome email to a lobby activation, reflects the quality of the building and the brand. Just as importantly, you'll build relationships. You'll know your tenants, understand what matters to them, and use those insights to shape experiences that feel personal, relevant, and worth showing up for. What You'll Do: Community programming, marketing, and communications
