Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California OT license
• School-based occupational therapy experience required
• Comfortable working with PreK–22-year-old students
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work itinerantly across multiple schools
• Must be able to work onsite (no teletherapy)
• Self-starter and quick learner; ready to hit the ground running
• COTAs not accepted for this role

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to diverse student populations
• Collaborate with special education teams to create and implement IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Travel between school sites (San Clemente and Mission Viejo areas)
• Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Participate in meetings and professional development sessions
