RN Responsibilities:

• Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
• Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
• Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
• Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
• Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
• Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

Open First Shift Positions (6:30am-3pm):

• 16hrs ppp Every other Mon and every other Sun
• 16hrs ppp Every other weekend

Open 2nd Shift Positions (2:30am-11pm):

• 72hrs ppp Wk 1: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri | Wk 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
• 72hrs/ppp Wk 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat | Wk2 : Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• 48hrs/ppp Wk 1: Mon, Fri, Sat | Wk 2: Sun, Tue, Thu
• 16hrs/ppp Every other weekend

Open 3rd Shift Positions (10:30pm-7am):

• 32hrs ppp Wk 1: Fri, Sat 12| Wk 2: Wed, Sat
• 28hrs ppp Wk 1: Sat, Sun | Wk2: Sat (all 12)
• 72hrs ppp Wk 1: Mon, Tue, Sat | Sun, Tue, Fri (12hrs)

Open Staffing Resource Positions:


Float between Raybrook, Breton and Trillium Woods and make your own schedule

• 1st shift: 32-36hrs per week
• 2nd shift: 32-36hrs per week
• 3rd shift: 32-36hrs per week

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A current and valid MI RN license is required
• Must be CPR certified
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
• Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
