Service Advisor

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and a can-do attitude when they come in for service.
- Listen carefully to understand the customer's needs and concerns about their powersports vehicles.
- Work closely with the service technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear, honest estimates and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to keep things running smoothly.
- Handle paperwork, process payments, and maintain accurate service records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships and loyalty.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you'll be the key point of contact for our customers.
- A passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or similar vehicles is a huge plus!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive/powersports industry preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a fun, hardworking team.
