Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent role is based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The agent will work with buyers and sellers to identify suitable residential properties, present market analyses, and guide clients through every stage of the transaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include touring and showing properties, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating on behalf of clients, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other parties to keep transactions on track. The role involves frequent client communication, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and collaborating with colleagues across the brokerage to deliver a smooth, professional experience from listing to closing. The Licensed Real Estate Agent is expected to represent REI Nation Real Estate Services professionally, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Strong Customer Service abilities with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication. Ability to work on-site in the Memphis Metropolitan Area and travel locally as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
