We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Nursing Assistants Registered (NAR – in bridge program) to join our growing team.

Hiring Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 2:30pm

+$10 Gas stipend/per shift!!!

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care by:

• Assisting clients according to their individualized Plan of Care
• Building meaningful relationships and taking a genuine interest in clients' well-being
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
• Completing care documentation and weekly reports through our care management system
• Ensuring clients receive consistent, reliable care
• Supporting seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life in their homes

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington State CNA, HCA, or NAR certification
• Passion for serving seniors and helping others
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation or ability to travel to client homes
• Good English speaking and reading skills
• Ability to pass criminal background, credential, and reference checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college education
• Previous caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience
• Strong references from former supervisors
• Demonstrated history of excellent attendance and performance
