Resident Care Coordinator - LPN License Required

In this role you will be responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.The RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. The RCC should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.Hourly Pay Rate: $36.00.Qualifications:Level of Formal Education: HPN LicenseArea of Study: NursingYears of Experience: 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferredType of Experience: CNA experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families.Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, Excel for schedulingSkills and Ability: Need to be organized, flexible, and even tempered. Ability to communicate with families, frontline team, and community management team to ensure optimal operational success.
