Resident Services Manager - RN + $5K Bonus

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / RN to fill an opening with an organization redefining senior living to improve quality of life throughout every stage of the aging process in Mandan, ND !

Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / RN:

Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
Assess current and prospective residents
Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
Monday-Friday 8-5

Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / RN:

Current state Registered Nurse (RN)
Previous experience supervising staff
Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
Passion and drive for helping others
A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
