Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN in Progressive Care Unit!

Job Description:


- Location: Chattanooga, TN
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Unit Name: Progressive Care Unit
- Cost Center: 613

Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 29
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- Unit Staffing:
- Dayshift: Unit Secretary + 2-3 PCTs (based on census)
- Nightshift: 2-3 PCTs (based on census)
- Type of Equipment:
- Welch Allyn Dynamaps
- Phillips Telemetry
- Phillips MP2
- Pyxis
- Alaris Pumps
- Hill-Rom Beds
- iMobile Devices
- MobiLab
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements:
- 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Self-scheduling (reasonable adjustments for balanced staffing)
- May request days off prior to schedule closing
- Schedule finalized 2 weeks in advance
- Can accommodate block scheduling for night shifts
- Floating Policy: Travel RNs float first, oldest float date goes first
- Patient Experience Requirements:
- Heavy cardiac patient population; CV surgery patients from ICU
- Perform Q6H head-to-toe assessments and full charting

Hiring Profile:

Dress Code:
