Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team in Plymouth. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on products.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
