Join our team as a Corporate Marketing Manager at Quorum Hospitality! Are you a results-driven marketer who thrives on performance and strategy? As the Corporate Marketing Manager , you''ll be responsible for the digital presence and performance of our multi-brand hotel portfolio, including brand.com and property websites, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid media across search, display, and social channels. You''ll partner closely with our Director of Marketing, property General Managers and sales teams, brand digital marketing programs, and outside agencies to drive direct bookings, lower cost of guest acquisition, and strengthen brand and property visibility across the portfolio. Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 / year Your Role As our Corporate Marketing Manager, you''ll own digital performance across our hotel portfolio, from websites to paid media to organic search. Some of your responsibilities will include: Manage the day-to-day content accuracy, updates, and performance of property, corporate, and independent/restaurant websites, including hosting, design updates, and content refreshes. Coordinate with brand digital teams and vendors on brand.com and OTA content, imagery, and merchandising for each property. Monitor site analytics and report on traffic, conversion rate, and direct booking metrics. Develop and execute SEO strategy across all properties, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and local SEO, and track rankings and organic visibility by market and property. Manage Google Business Profiles at the property level, including listings accuracy, photos, posts, and review response. Manage planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across paid search, metasearch, paid social, and OTAs, including brand-specific programs and budgets (Hilton Advance, Beacon, Amplify/Elevate, Marriott PLUS). Own budget pacing, bid strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and monthly performance reporting across all paid channels. Oversee organic social content calendars and community management across property and restaurant group accounts. Partner with Revenue Management to align digital marketing spend and messaging with rate strategy and demand calendars, and maintain a monthly digital marketing dashboard for ownership and property leadership. Manage relationships and contracts with external SEO, web, and paid media agencies as needed. Other duties as assigned. What We''re Looking For 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, multi-unit retail/restaurant, or multi-location services businesses. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, and a major CMS (WordPress or brand-proprietary platforms). Familiarity with hotel brand digital ecosystems is a strong plus (e.g., Hilton Advance/Amplify/Beacon, Marriott PLUS/Marriott Digital Services/Koddi). A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations for non-marketing stakeholders. Excellent project management skills; comfortable managing multiple properties, brands, and vendors simultaneously.
