Marketing Manager

WorkWave Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Jamestown, NY, to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager . This position is responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing initiatives across digital, print, and trade channels. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized marketing professional with experience developing brand strategy, managing multiple marketing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. Create marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Maintain and update product pricing lists, catalogs, and marketing collateral. Design and coordinate trade show displays, promotional materials, and product presentations. Ensure consistent branding across all print, digital, and customer-facing materials. Work closely with sales, leadership, and product teams to support business development initiatives. Coordinate website content updates and digital marketing efforts. Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and ROI. Manage relationships with outside vendors, printers, advertising partners, and creative agencies as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms. Strong graphic design and visual communication skills are a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Why Join?
