Job Overview Retail Store Manager: lead by example, manage all operations of a T‑Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset prevention, and team leadership. Job Responsibilities Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, providing feedback for development and training. Assist with customer‑related issues to positively impact the experience within the T‑Mobile brand. Own store success and manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all store functions. Support operational excellence by observing store functions, monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new store programs. Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment. Hire employees passionate about building customer relationships and enthusiastic about the T‑Mobile brand and digital technology. Support team development, training, mentoring, and performance management. Lead by example and stay updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment. Ensure overall productivity, drive efficiencies, manage expenses, and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Celebrate achievements through recognition and personalized performance plans. Ensure employees meet or exceed defined, monthly success measurements. Meet or exceed sales goals for the store. Experience You’ll Bring 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred. Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Communication – required. Microsoft Office – required. Store Management – required. Store Operations – required. Customer Service – required. Requirements 2‑4 years management experience in retail sales, required. 2‑4 years sales and sales management experience, required. At least 18 years of age.
