Chief Officer of Behavioral Health Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, aspires to improve the health and mental wellness of our communities through compassionate, evidence-based services and support. We seek a Chief Officer to organize, develop, and lead the clinical services delivered in Jefferson County, Ohio, which includes psychiatry, case management, peer services, outpatient therapy, crisis services for adults and youth (Mobile Response Stabilization Services/MRSS), and Residential services. Duties include cultivating service growth, development, providing leadership, clinical and administrative supervision, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring budgets. This position is an in-office job located in Steubenville, Ohio. Job Description Duties:

- Develop, grow, innovate, streamline, and provide oversight to current and future clinical services.
- Participation in Clinical Council, Compliance, and best practice meetings
- Participate in continuous improvement structure and guidelines for certification of services and buildings.
- Organize, review and recommend policies and procedures.
- Complete personnel management via clinical and administrative supervision as well as performance evaluation monitoring
- Plan, implement, and monitor financial income and expense statements and meet goals for product contribution annually.
- Engage in review and development of annual budget.
- Monitor key deliverables with grants.
- Meet with community organizations, partners, and collaborators both locally and on a state and national level.
- Maintain attendance and responsibilities to committees, board meetings and other commitments with the Jefferson County Prevention and Recovery Board
- Pay $90,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
