A rewarding opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital. This position offers a contract assignment starting as soon as possible, with a duration of 13 weeks or longer. The facility operates Monday through Friday with day shifts, providing a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance.
Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with nursing and medical staff, and applying knowledge of pharmacokinetics to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires proficiency in hospital pharmacy operations and experience with the Cerner information technology system.
Ideal candidates will hold a current Idaho pharmacist license or be able to obtain one promptly. Prior hospital pharmacy experience is strongly preferred to ensure smooth integration and effective performance in this fast-paced clinical setting.

- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Idaho or ability to quickly obtain license
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with Cerner pharmacy IT system
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians and manage medication order verification
