Healthcare Project Architect

We are seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to lead architectural design and documentation for healthcare projects, coordinating with stakeholders and consultants to ensure design intent is realized during construction. Key Responsibilities Leading project teams with collaborative communication, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful execution. Engaging with clients to define functional, spatial, and aesthetic requirements, analyzing codes, standards, and preparing design concepts, specifications, and cost estimates. Planning layouts, integrating engineering elements, and preparing detailed drawings and contract documents. Monitoring work plans, utilizing CAD and BIM software, and participating in project meetings. Managing junior staff, coordinating across disciplines, and maintaining effective communication with all project parties. Documenting existing conditions and mentoring team members for professional growth. Qualifications Healthcare industry experience is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in architecture with at least 15 years of industry experience, including six licensed years. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office. State Architectural License, NCARB certification, and preferred LEED credentials.
