We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Frankies Bikinis boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, in Malibu, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.

As Store Manager, you will lead the daily success of the boutique by inspiring your team, elevating the customer experience, and delivering strong commercial performance. Through a visible leadership presence, you'll bring the brand to life while fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and accountability.

Annual Pay Range: $75k $85k. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance by owning the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop and inspire the team by recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Build brand presence by serving as a brand ambassador by cultivating local partnerships, supporting community events, and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness.
• Lead operational excellence by ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, shipment processing, and daily operations.

• Business Growth & Sales Performance: Drives sales growth and profitability through strong commercial execution and effective management of key performance metrics.
• Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Builds lasting customer relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Operational Excellence: Maintains exceptional execution across inventory accuracy, visual presentation, operational processes, and brand standards.
• Team Engagement & Development: Builds an engaged, high-performing team through coaching, recognition, talent development, and a culture of accountability.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Ensures the store consistently reflects brand standards through cleanliness, organization, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
