Production SupervisorFull-time Kent, WA, US Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as a Production SupervisorYou will lead a production area to meet customer and operational goals by coaching teams, stabilizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. You will work onsite on a swing schedule (2:30pm–1:00am, 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday) and partner with production staff, engineering, HR, and customers to deliver reliable output and quality.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamSupervise and direct day-to-day work activity of team members in the assigned area.Train, mentor, and develop team members; create and execute individual development plans and conduct performance appraisals.Lead root cause analysis, PDCA, and Lean/Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve cycle time and part flow.Develop and deploy standardized work instructions and ensure process stability through adherence to standards.Perform capacity analysis and determine staffing requirements to meet customer demand and productivity targets.Coordinate new product launches with engineering and troubleshoot scheduling and material issues.Enforce quality standards, coordinate corrective actions, and contain sources of quality issues.Promote and enforce safety policies; conduct safety investigations and audits.Partner with HR to support equitable experiences and a culture of inclusivity and belonging.Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleBachelor's degree in Business, Industrial/Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Materials/Process Engineering.3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership abilities.Solid understanding and practical experience with Kaizen and Lean principles.Ability to assess departmental health using data and direct observation and implement systemic improvement plans.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose alternative solutions beyond historical practice.Knowledge of multiple leadership approaches and ability to apply appropriate methods to build individual and team success.Proficient computer skills and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Pay Range$87,050 to $145,250 annuallyReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
