Resident Field Service Technician

Reporting To Process Analytics Field Service and Trai Location Onsite in Beaumont, TX Responsibilities Work with customers on site to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain points. Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues and analyzing remote or on‑site activity in certified service categories and products. Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure all materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality. Act as trainer when needed for field service associates and customers. Perform commissioning/start‑up services, troubleshooting/repair services and preventative maintenance on measurement and analytical equipment. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Technical Degree with 2+ years or Associate’s Degree/High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience. Strong technical background with skills in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and unplanned maintenance of products including flow, pressure, temperature, level meters and continuous water analyzers. Ability to build strong customer relationships, work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be customer‑service oriented. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required, and hold valid passport and driver’s license.
