Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, you will manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks using specialized veterinary software. This role offers a supportive environment with rotating or fixed shifts and part-time hours available, with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Handle incoming phone calls and front desk inquiries
• Manage front desk activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent customer support to clients
• Process payments and manage financial transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary reception or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in customer service, appointment scheduling, and telephone communication
• Experienced with data entry and veterinary terminology
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
