Personal Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Showing up without fail: Work hours are 7.30 am – 2:30 pm, Monday-Saturday, with some overtime. Daily housekeeping duties (2 hours per day) Assist a fast-paced, detail-oriented, successful female CEO of a luxury aesthetic practice in a wide variety of tasks in both her home and office Client-facing tasks include: greeting clients, photo calls, and email. Assist with office operations, including but not limited to administrative, research, and organizing Half of your daily task list is recurring and highly structured. The other half are tasks that come up as needed. Reporting back to your manager via email on completed tasks and the status of tasks not completed REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of work experience – This is not an entry-level job. Stable work history. Fluent in English (spoken and written). 100% Reliable. If you can’t be reliable, this job isn’t for you. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Tech-savvy and proficient in using a wide variety of software and hardware. Ability to troubleshoot and proficiency in using AI Ability to work independently once trained on recurring tasks Ability to follow and complete checklists. Experience as a personal assistant in housekeeping, pet care, and houseplant care. Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Professionalism, tact, and discretion in handling confidential information. Must be able to pass a background and drug test Mentally stable, emotionally mature, and does not get overwhelmed easily in order to manage a fast-paced environment and a detailed task list Ability to keep track of multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
