Salary: $28-$30/hr

Job Summary

Hospitality specialists are responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized and running smoothly. This role is expected to be on-site five days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional internal and external workplace experience.
Extend a warm welcome to employees and visitors, maintaining eye contact and creating a positive interaction experience.
Assist in managing space reservations using an online tool and accompany guests throughout the office.
Administer the access badge process for both employees and visitors in alignment with workplace standards.
Manage the access badge process for employees and visitors according to workplace standards.

Key Competencies:

A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a memorable experience in all aspects of the role.
The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously, while constantly interacting with visitors in a public environment.
Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
