USA Community Manager - Forma

Position Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and well-connected Community Manager to help grow and energize the Forma community across the US. You’ll play a central role in execution and be responsible for sparking and amplifying conversations around Forma Site Design and future offerings, both online and at key industry events. You’ll collaborate with a dispersed team and work independently to drive engagement, build relationships, and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities Scale the Forma content creators program, empowering users to become advocates and content creators Spark, participate in, and amplify discussions across LinkedIn, Reddit, and associated forums - with a focus on the US market Input into a growth‑led community strategy grounded in data, experimentation, and user insights Represent Forma at key architecture events and conferences, building relationships and driving engagement Support feedback loops between the community and product teams to influence roadmap decisions Active and adept at social media and creating engaging content Stay ahead of trends in community marketing, architecture, and AI to inform strategy and innovation Input into planning and reporting cycles Minimum Qualifications Experienced architect with deep network and credibility within the architecture community Comfortable with ownership and execution - taking ideas from concept to reality, and thriving when you’re trusted to drive outcomes across the full community marketing toolkit Able to identify blockers that are slowing you and the team down, and working with stakeholders to clear the way Excellent communication skills - you’re a natural storyteller and connector. Comfortable presenting to peers in the industry Basic video editing skills Technically proficient with a range of Architecture software, Microsoft Office Suite, and, ideally Copilot, Slack, Teams, Zoom. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $91,000 and $163,350. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
