Order Processing Representative (Bilingual Required)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Processing Representative to support our daily operations. This is a straightforward administrative role focused on processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring shipments and documentation are handled accurately.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding orders and shipments
• Track and manage order documentation and invoices
• Maintain organized records and data files
• Assist with sample orders, packing, and shipping coordination
• Support sales and internal teams with order-related inquiries
• Ensure all paperwork and transactions are completed correctly

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with a team
