Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Strategically, effectively and efficiently coordinate the human capital acquisition efforts of the organization while contributing to a strong culture that will cultivate and meet the needs of all district goals and initiatives for the future.

Supports the strategic direction of the Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Department. Collaborates with other departments and organizational leaders to meet Talent Acquisition goals. Coordinates the district hiring process. Coordinates the opening and closing of all job postings and ensures job postings meet state, board and bargaining agreement requirements. Communicates with administrators/employees regarding interpretation of rules and policies as it pertains to placements and the hiring process. Maintains historical records of position postings and placements. Ensures timely flow and processing of Recommendation for Hire forms through the Applicant Tracking System. Assists Talent Acquisition Department in the accurate completion of state and federally mandated forms. Participates in the development and delivery of employee orientation and training. Prepares analytical and statistical reports on onboarding efforts and activities Assists the Talent Acquisition team with salary offers, job offers and accurate input of employee demographic and pay information into necessary systems. Provides supplemental/discretionary reports, data and materials.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Ability to multi-task effectively. Ability to utilize a host of technology platforms including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
