Project Manager III

Position Title: Project Manager III PositionDescription: Protingent has an exciting contract opportunity for a Project Manager with our client in Merritt Island, FL Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking Ensure design requirements and specifications are met throughout the build Identify and drive lead time reductions across procurement, fabrication, and installation Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance, and change orders Track project budget and flag cost variances early Oversee safety compliance and ensure all work meets applicable standards Communicate status, risks, and blockers to project stakeholders. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field 5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or structures Demonstrated ability to compress schedules and manage multiple work streams simultaneously Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and change orders Strong communication and stakeholder management skills PMP or equivalent experience preferred. Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience managing construction or installation of temporary or modular structures, including tent structures Familiarity with rapid-deploy or expeditionary construction environments Job Details: Job Type: Contract Location: Merritt Island, FL (Onsite) Pay Rate: $54-62/hr ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
