The Project Manager I plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating projects from initiation through completion to ensure they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.

• Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges.
• Support project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
• Assist in the management of project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting resource needs.
