Deli Italiano is looking for a motivated, experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our Leesburg restaurant!

We are a growing, locally owned Northern Virginia restaurant brand known for delicious pizza, subs, sandwiches, and friendly service.

We’re looking for a leader who takes ownership, motivates their team, connects with customers, and takes pride in running a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations.
Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members.
Maintain excellent food quality and customer service.
Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
Build customer relationships and resolve concerns.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Drive restaurant performance and profitability.
Lead by example and create a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on, dependable, and organized.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
