The Big Task The HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator is responsible for maximizing the HVAC Sales team's booking board to ensure HVAC Install's revenue goals are met. Key Tasks Prior to the 9am CX Huddle, share with Customer Success Manager yesterday’s statistics: tech leads run, number of conversions, and revenue from sales Lead the daily communication between the Turnover Opportunity (TOO) Technicians – starting the day by celebrating yesterday's TOO "wins," providing encouragement for today, and sharing the booking availability and needs; and throughout the day, sharing "wins," and providing updates on availability and needs Lead the daily communication between the Comfort Advisors (CAs) – starting the day by celebrating yesterday's "wins," providing encouragement for today, and sharing next day install availability and needs; and throughout the day sharing "wins" and providing updates on install availability and needs Conduct and track the "First Strike" process with TOO Technicians and Comfort Advisors. Conduct "Technician Expectation Call” with TOO Technicians who are on their way to TOO jobs, preparing and encouraging them on the TOO Receive and conduct "Prep Calls" with the TOO Technicians prior to presenting options to the customer and verifying the availability of the Comfort Advisor Receive the "Tech Lead" call and book the sales lead for the Comfort Advisor – controlling the schedule and booking same‑day leads Use the sales script to properly screen and prepare customers for an upcoming visit with the Comfort Advisor Confirm bookings 24‑hours in advance, utilize automatic texting, and call if necessary Use Service Titan (Dispatch Pro) and input from the Sales Manager to assign sales leads to Comfort Advisors with the intent of maximizing the opportunity Make the "Comfort Advisor Expectation Call" when the CA is on their way to the sales lead – prepare and encourage the Comfort Advisor on the opportunity, and set the expectation for when the installation needs to be scheduled Each time a CA is dispatched, message the HVAC Sales Manager the link to the job assigned to the Comfort Advisor Schedule ride‑alongs between TOO Technicians and Comfort Advisors when pre‑booked appointments are low; monitor and adjust as needed throughout the day. Team Support & Individual Growth Help to fill in booking capacity by outbound calling – lists may include: Unconverted HVAC Service leads, pulling up TOO jobs, booking new TOO jobs, following up on jobs that were canceled/hold, etc. Attend departmental/divisional huddles, meetings, trainings, etc. Attend one HVAC Service and/or Sales meeting per month Work as a backup for the other members of the Customer Success team as necessary Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by the manager Key Performance Indicators Daily posts in “Let’s Go” Teams chat Sales Leads Ran: 90% of the Budgeted Jobs Goal Sales Leads Ran: Sales Leads Converted: 90% of Budgeted Conversion Count Desired skill sets and experience The Sales Lead Coordinator should have a background in dispatch, customer service, program management, and/or sales in a fast‑paced consumer‑based environment Basic understanding of computers, Excel, basic reasoning and math skills, and scheduling are necessary to be successful in this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
