About the role Sabitri Consulting and Trade Company LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Import & Export Coordinator to support our international trade operations. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates interested in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, and business operations. The successful candidate will assist with coordinating import and export activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, customers, freight partners, and internal teams. Key responsibility Assist in coordinating import and export shipments from origin to destination. Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade documentation. Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status. Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Support compliance with import/export regulations, company policies, and trade requirements. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics activities. Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment processes. Resolve shipment-related issues and elevate concerns when necessary. Enter and update shipment information in company databases and tracking systems. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations. Support process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field preferred. 0–1 year of experience in logistics, administration, customer service, supply chain, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn trade regulations, shipping procedures, and logistics software. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with international shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Knowledge of import/export procedures and global trade operations. Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or logistics environment.
