The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior engineering leadership, and a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering projects. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential, as is the ability to obtain or hold necessary certifications or clearances. Experience in technology, aerospace, robotics, or advanced systems engineering is preferred.
