Our outpatient office, located in Denver, serves as a comfortable and inviting space for in-person meetings and team activities when required. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the needs of clients, both individually and within family group dynamics. Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families that focus on behavioral and psychological growth. Facilitate therapeutic sessions which include individual therapy and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and coping strategies. Guide clients in developing practical solutions for challenging personal issues, enhancing their coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills. Engage in consultations with other healthcare professionals as necessary, ensuring an integrated approach to client care and well-being. Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional disorders. You will leverage your clinical skills to create a safe environment for clients to express their concerns and navigate their mental health journeys together. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Possession of a current and valid LMFT license. A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapeutic services. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the treatment team. Strong independence in managing a caseload while applying ethical decision-making skills in therapy sessions. Proficiency with electronic health record systems and relevant technology. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethical guidelines. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a remote or teletherapy setting is highly desirable, enabling you to navigate virtual community-building with clients effectively. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) would be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
