Details HVTI Step Down unit within a large academic hospital setting Potential to float to additional units (J1-2, J33) and the ED to care for the same patient population Rotating day/night shifts: days 7:00am–7:30pm, nights 7:00pm–7:30am Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts per week Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs of the unit Requirements Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in Step Down or a comparable specialty prior to travel Minimum 18 months of recent Step Down experience (travel experience accepted) PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Additional Information ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required to proceed Must be available to work at least every other holiday Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location; a minimum 6-month gap is required before beginning a new assignment at any Cleveland Clinic facility American Traveler Job ID #P-700903.
