This position serves as a key support role for Human Resources and management by focusing on Recruiting Talent, helping maintain employee records, process onboarding, payroll-related administrative tasks, compliance documentation, and general office operations. Recruiting Talent

• Coordinate recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify top candidates for Insurance Agent roles
• Schedule interviews and serve as a professional first point of contact for applicants
• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes

Human Resources Support
• Assist with daily HR administrative functions and provide employee support
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct concerns appropriately

Payroll Support
• Provide administrative assistance related to payroll processing and data entry
• Review and verify employee timekeeping records for accuracy
• Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll reporting and audits
• Communicate payroll-related information professionally and confidentially

Administrative & Customer Service Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls with a courteous, professional manner
• Welcome employees, customers, and visitors to maintain a positive office environment
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain calendars
• Prepare and organize business documents, reports, and correspondence
• Manage office supplies and support general clerical duties
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and employees

Qualifications & Performance Expectations

• Friendly, professional and welcoming voice over the phone
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, HR, or payroll support experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a commitment to accuracy
