Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Work side-by-side with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide knowledge about therapy methods to empower patients and their loved ones to support recovery at home.
• Document Progress and Adjust Treatment: Keep thorough records of clinical outcomes and adapt therapies as necessary to ensure continued progress for each patient.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and advanced certifications.

Certification Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Mandatory NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
