Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate low- to medium-complexity packaging projects from planning through execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans using established tools
- Manage capital projects, prepare expenditure requests, and monitor budgets and purchase orders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Packaging, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders through regular updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of project management or packaging engineering experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Interest in manufacturing, packaging, or operations
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
