HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverages.

• Interact with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Implement quality standards and procedures.

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.

• Provide ongoing staff training/development opportunities.

• Manage and lead a team to maintain high production, productivity, and quality standards.

• Create a positive and exciting workplace culture.

• Control inventory levels, costs, and minimize waste.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.

• Handle payroll and finance reporting.

• Maximize revenue and profitability.

• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Proven management experience in restaurant industry.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.

• Prior experience in a managerial role in a restaurant.

• Flexibility in hours to service the needs of the company.

HERE’S WHAT WE OFFER:

• Competitive compensation of $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience.

• PTO (Paid Time Off)
